For organizations who only have occasional usage, Big Agenda will guide the client into an appropriate process and provide interpretations to ensure beneficial value.

For organizations on a growth curve or who regularly recruit, Big Agenda will provide the assessment software, facilitator & management training, and a technology license to utilize this program fully in their selection, screening, promotion, management development, career planning, and succession planning initiatives.

The OPP software, in conjunction with JPP (Job Performance Pro.file), can be programmed to compare an individual's characteristics against those identified as being necessary for the specific position - highly insightful information to aid in screening, selection, recruitment, and promotion decisions. The software is also able to identify other positions in your organization for which candidates or employees would have suitable characteristics & fit.
