Bruce Sandy is a certified coach and consultant with over 22 years experience as a coach, consultant, senior executive, recruiter and trainer. He works with executives, managers, teams, groups and professionals who want more out of their organizations, careers, and relationships. He helps leaders and organizations reach their full potential.

Bruce provides a variety of services including executive coaching, career coaching, relationship and organizational systems coaching, facilitation, and leadership and team development and training. He has worked with executives, leaders, professionals and entrepreneurs throughout North America and Europe. Bruce has worked with Fortune 500 companies, governments, public agencies and non-profit organizations. His client list includes Bank of America, Ballard Power Systems Inc., Siemens, Armtech, Placer Dome, National Bank of Canada, Ceres Organic, The University of Central Michigan, Conference Direct, the B.C. Association of Child Development & Intervention, the British Columbia Institute of Technology, the Municipality of Squamish, the Government of B.C., the B.C. Ministry of Health, and Land & Water B.C. to name a few. He also mentors coaches, coaches in training, entrepreneurs and executives.

Bruce has held leadership and executive positions in universities, colleges, hospitals, private businesses and non-profit organizations in B.C., Ontario and Nova Scotia. He is the founder and President of Pathfinder Coaching and Consulting. Bruce is a certified coach with and a member of the International Coach Federation. He is a founding director and Board member of the Vancouver Chapter of the International Coach Federation.

Bruce is a genuine, insightful, inspirational, focused, and humorous individual who loves working with individuals and organizations to help them be their best and get the most out of their lives, careers, relationships and businesses. He is a certified business and relationship and organizational systems coach. He has coaching and leadership training from the Coaches Training Institute, The Centre for Right Relationship, Team Coaching International, the Newfield Network and Innerworks Solutions. Bruce holds a Masters degree in Public Administration from Dalhousie University. He earned his undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of British Columbia. Bruce has taught and guest lectured for management and leadership courses at UBC, Dalhousie University and BCIT. He enjoys time with family and friends, travel, scuba diving, hiking, golf and volunteer work.
