Fraser Engel specializes in improving the performance and effectiveness of individuals and teams, recruitment and retention of employees, and strategic planning. This is accomplished through a combination of Executive and Systems Coaching, and Personality and Team Assessments.

His academic background includes a B.A (Economics) from the University of Victoria, certification as a Professional Coach, extensive training in psychometrics (mental measurement), and Organization & Relationship Systems theory (team theory).

Fraser is a member of the North Shore Chamber of Commerce and the International Coaching Federation. He is involved with coaching various youth athletic teams on the North Shore. He has been married for 13 years and has two young sons.
