Hiukka is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach; an expert in the processes that help executives and business owners focus on their core values and strategies, resulting in sustained energy and support on the path to success. Hiukka is passionate about creating sustainable high performance for teams. During her career of training, coaching and consulting spanning over two decades Hiukka has helped a wide range of individual and business clients gain clarity, become more focused and strategic, and achieve better balanced performance.

Born in Finland, Hiukka has extensive international experience in coaching and training of executives and business owners in Europe, the U.S. and Canada. Having previously worked in Dublin and London, Hiukka is now based in Seattle.

Her team coaching approach is based on the Organizational and Relationships Systems Coaching. A graduate of the Coaches Training Institute of San Rafael, CA (CPCC) and a credentialed member (PCC) of the International Coach Federation, Hiukka has co-authored a text book for Business Schools and MBA programs about shared leadership and coaching as an integral leadership tool for knowledge-intensive business services.

As the principal and owner of Big Agenda Coaching, Hiukka has worked with countless extraordinary individuals around the world on their personal and professional growth and success. She's been hired for executive coaching and team development by many small businesses and some of the most prominent companies in the Northwest, including Vulcan Inc, Microsoft Corporation and Kodak.
